Would you like us to arrange a private sauna for your gathering or event?

One of the deep joy’s of this work is witnessing folks come together to care for, be present with and embrace vulnerability alongside one another. Within this over-culture where individualism and separation have become the overarching custom, sauna is a discrete way to heal not only our bodies but some of these cultural, spiritual wounds.

Reach out we’d be happy to co-devise your vision.

We have brought the sauna for wedding preparations, birthday celebrations, grief and mourning gatherings, as well as on artist residencies and to Bruny Island for collaborations with Nayri Niara - Good Spirit Festival.

We come fresh with bouquet whisks of wild medicinal plants.

Elsewhere has been to Marion Bay for Kirsha Kaechele’s (MONA) Forest Congress- where loggers and conservationists gathered around the fire, casting ice melt from Antarctica on to the stones, thinking with the stored information in this deep time liquid.

We will make it magico I promise.

The sauna welcomes bodies of all genders, shapes and ages to take refuge, relaxing in the heat and cold ocean to build nervous system tone with hermetic stress. Sometimes we think with sweaty concepts, as Sara Ahmed describes, a sweaty concept is “one that comes out of a description of a body that is not at home in the world,’ by this I mean we come into conversation around difficult topics, and remember how we are radically different and all so similar with our watery, leaky, more than human bodies.

Here for you.
